At GINKORIA, we want you to enjoy your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return or exchange your items without hassle, while respecting the principles of our brand.
📌 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
• Unworn, undamaged jewellery in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• You may request:
1. Exchange for another item of equal or higher value
2. Refund (processed back to your original payment method)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces
• Gift cards
• All sale items – Products purchased during a promotion, discount, or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any free item received as part of a promotion cannot be returned. The original cost of the complimentary item will be deducted from the refund amount.
📩 How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at ginkoriaginkgo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions (including where to send the item).
3. Once we receive and inspect the jewellery, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
Additional Details:
We do not cover any fees associated with returning merchandise.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes any costs paid for shipping or returning the item. Only the cost of the item will be refunded.
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Upon receiving the return, our team will perform a quality inspection, and if the item is damaged or worn in any way, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Some Tips
• We’d hate for you not to receive your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
• Your security is important to us, so before we dispatch your purchase, you may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays are never fun, so we will do our best to make it quick.
• Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24-hour period during which items will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that processing may take longer during sale periods, up to 48 hours for dispatch.
• We value good relationships and work closely with our shipping partner to minimize potential delays caused by customs for our international customers.
