Warranty Policy


At GINKORIA, every piece of jewellery tells a story  your story. Handcrafted with love and attention to detail, our creations are meant to shine as brightly as the moments you cherish.

GINKORIA Warranty
All GINKORIA jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.
This includes:
✔ Structural defects such as weak links or fragile soldering
✔ Clasps that do not function properly
✔ Stones that come loose under normal wear
 

 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
✘ Normal wear or natural changes in appearance (fine scratches, loss of shine, silver tarnishing, plating fading)
✘ Damage caused by improper care (contact with perfume, chemicals, water, impact, or rough handling)
✘ Loss or theft of the jewellery
✘ Repairs or alterations performed outside the GINKORIA studio

 How We Handle Manufacturing Defects
• Your piece will be repaired or replaced with the same or a very similar item if the original is no longer available.
• The warranty remains valid until 3 months from the original purchase date, even if the piece is replaced.

📩 How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Email us at info.ginkoria@mail.com   with your order number or a photo of your purchase.
2. Include clear images or videos showing the issue.
3. Our GINKORIA team will review your case and provide return instructions if necessary.

Important Notes
• Each claim is carefully evaluated to determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
• Promotional or sale items are final sale but remain protected for any manufacturing defects.
