• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

🚙Processing Time: 1–3 business days (we carefully check, clean, and package each piece before dispatch).

SHIPPING ACROSS EUROPE
   •    Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 business days
   •    For GINKORIA orders over £70 – Free
   •    For GINKORIA orders under £70 – £15
   United Kingdom – Delivery: 3 to 5 business days for all GINKORIA orders.
   •    Orders under £70: £3.99
   •    Orders of £70 or more: Free

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

•    Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply when your order arrives.
   •    These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
   •    Our team cannot control or predict these costs. All charges associated with import taxes and duties are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
